The Grant Report Form is designed to help TFF and its grant recipients effectively track the progress and outcomes of the funded programs. It is a critical part of the TFF grant process, and therefore a required step for all nonprofit partners. The Foundation relies on its partners’ candid responses to assess the effectiveness of its grantmaking. Understanding the successes and challenges of each funded program helps TFF better meet the needs of the community and its nonprofit partners. The TFF team may occasionally request a follow-up site visit to better understand the impact of the project.
Grant Report Form
The Grant Report Form is to be used for all interim and year-end reporting of TFF grants. Please use this form only when reporting to us on the progress of your program. The form is available online.
Guidelines for Submitting Report Forms
Reports must be submitted to TFF within the guidelines of the schedule detailed in the grant award contract. Reports are generally due within six weeks of completion of the funded project, or within six weeks of the end of each one-year period in which project funding was awarded. The TFF team will endeavor to remind grantees of upcoming reporting deadlines; however it is ultimately the grantee’s responsibility to ensure that the terms and conditions of the grant contract, including reporting requirements, are met. Failure to submit evaluation reports within these guidelines may jeopardize future funding opportunities.
To Submit Grant Reports
Grant reports should be submitted via the online form found in your TFF account under the “Requirements” tab. If you are unable to submit the form electronically, please contact us at info@topferfoundation.org. No substitute or free-format reporting forms will be accepted, although additional comments and supporting materials are always welcome. Any submitted materials will be considered the property of TFF and will not be returned without prior agreement.
